Acer does not provide Windows XP and Vista Drivers for this model. Since some people do use windows XP for this model. Here is the drivers you will need. please install according to the order given. I strongly recommend to restart after the Video graphic driver installation so that you will get a smooth screen experience ( without lagging).

Acer One 14 released for Windows 8.1 64-bit and Windows 10 64-bit. That's why you will only find 2 OS supported drivers on Acer website.
