HP Pavilion 17 Drivers for Windows 7/8/10

HP Pavilion 17 design to use with Windows 8 and 8.1, that is why only Windows 8/8.1 Drivers available on Official HP Download driver and software. If you want to downgrade into windows 7 or upgrade into Windows 10, here is the drivers you will need.

Before Download:

• All drivers are for 64-bit version of windows, although some compatible with 32-bit but it is strongly recommended to use and install 64-bit version of Windows.
• Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are the same architecture, when I say it is for Windows 8 it also means windows 8.1 regardless of the version such as Home edition or Pro edition.

Installation Notes : It is 210mb in size and the original driver file for his model. Even though HP listed SP63346 for Windows 8.1 64-bit. When you download the driver, you will notice the readme file shows that this package is for Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10.

Installation Notes : SP63343 is the original drivers, Since HP listed both 7 and 8 series, chipset should not be a problem because you can easily get the latest drivers from automatic updates or Intel download center.

Graphic
Important: If your HP pavilion 17 have 2 graphics (Switchable Graphic) please install AMD graphic and do not install Intel graphic because this packages will install both drivers for both graphic adapter. Not all model have the switchable graphic feature, an easy way to identify is by looking at your laptop specification on HP website or look at device manager and under graphic adapter you will see 2 graphic device listed (Intel and AMD).

Important : Windows 7 Users, If you have switchable graphic. You need to install Intel HD4000 first then Install AMD driver.
