CSR Bluetooth is one of the common Inbuilt Bluetooth devices on most laptop, desktop commonly uses the CSR Bluetooth dongle since most desktop does not have the inbuilt Bluetooth device. What you need to do basically install the drivers CD (that come with it when you buy it) or get the Bluetooth drivers from your notebook/device manufacturer. This method worked for: -Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Not yet tested with Windows 8. -CSR and other Bluetooth device.
